<p>Dylan Jay is the <strong>CTO of Pretagov (AU and UK)</strong>, where he leads the development of powerful, secure, and scalable applications.</p><p>A passionate advocate for Free and Open Source Software (FOSS), Dylan has made significant contributions across multiple ecosystems. While a long-time member of the <strong>Plone</strong> community, his expertise spans diverse FOSS projects focused on modern web architecture, enterprise content management, and developer tooling.</p><p>His current focus is on the practical application of <strong>Artificial Intelligence (AI)</strong> and <strong>Generative Models</strong> in real-world systems. He has extensive experience in developing and deploying scalable <strong>Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)</strong> pipelines to improve accuracy and relevance in enterprise search and information retrieval systems.</p><p>Dylan remains deeply committed to community building, evidenced by his role as an organizer of <strong>ThaiPy</strong> and as the founder of <strong>PyCon Thailand</strong>.</p>
