<p>Managing a Call for Speakers and building a conference schedule can quickly become complex when handled through emails and spreadsheets. In this session, I introduce Eventyay, an open source project by FOSSASIA, and show how it helps organizers run an open Call for Speakers, coordinate reviews, and turn accepted talks into a structured schedule.</p><p>The talk gives a concise overview of the workflow used by open source communities to keep speaker selection transparent, collaborative, and scalable from submission to final agenda.</p>
