Open source meets the decentralized technology ecosystem

OpenTechSummit is coming to Mumbai on November 5, 2026, as a co-located event at Devcon 2026 at Jio World Centre. Have something you would like to share to share? We are offering you a stage right at the heart of Devcon, where you can share your projects and experiences with fellow developers, Ethereum builders, investors and more. We are particularly interested in the following topics:

Tracks

  • AI: Open source AI, open models, AI agents, datasets, AI tooling, and building AI with open technologies.
  • Cybersecurity: Open source security tools, software supply-chain security, privacy, secure development, and protecting open technology.
  • Developer Tools: Developer platforms, frameworks, DevOps, cloud, automation, observability, testing, and tools that make developers more productive.
  • Communities: Open source communities, contributor journeys, governance, mentorship, project sustainability, and building healthy contributor ecosystems.
  • OSS in Ethereum: Open source projects, developer tools, infrastructure, protocols, and communities contributing to the Ethereum ecosystem.

Session Types

We encourage to keep your sessions focused, engaging, and practical. Leave plenty of time for discussion and networking. You can choose between two formats:

  • Lightning Talk (5 minutes): A quick and focused introduction to your project, idea, experiment, or lesson learned.
  • Talk (15 minutes) A focused presentation about your open source project, technology, technical challenge, community experience, or lessons learned.

Please note that the content of your session including your presentation slides, code, examples, and other materials you choose to share will be published and made available to the community under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.
