We have fun. Transparency is a core value of Hack Club, and code is not the only thing we open source. We've open sourced our finances, workshops, events and more.
In this talk, I'll share how we've been open-sourcing our work - for example, building our own transparent "bank" - and ideas we've been experimenting with recently. We'll explore the importance of creating a generation of open-source-first hackers, the benefits of open-sourcing a nonprofit, the challenges we've faced and lessons we've learnt from them.
