The Gen3 Data Commons [1] is a platform for managing and sharing large-scale genomic and health data sets, created by the National Cancer Institute (NCI), and is released under the Apache Software License 2.0. It provides a standardized way to store and access data, as well as tools for data harmonization and analysis. The Gen3 Data Commons also includes a user-friendly interface for researchers to easily discover and access data sets, and collaborate with others.<br><br>We have integrated Gen3 with High Performance Computing (HPC) to assist users in conducting high-speed computing at National Center for High-Performance Computing, Taiwan (NCHC) [2]. Our team refined the cloud deployment procedure that was provided by the original Gen3 team, and also adopted it into NCHC cloud service successfully. We also provide a light weight deployment solution under docker compose environment to help scientists or developers to evaluate Gen3 [3-6]. Through the data protection and sharing technology of Gen3, the HPC cluster can also access data and perform analysis.
