Call for Projects

Are you building an open source project that you want to share with the community? Showcase your work at the FOSSASIA Summit and connect with developers, technology leaders, and potential collaborators from around the world.

Project showcases are a great opportunity to:

• Demonstrate your project and what you are building

• Meet potential contributors and collaborators

• Get feedback from developers and users

• Connect with open source communities and industry

• Grow awareness and adoption of your project

KEY DATES

• Application deadline: October 31, 2026 (23:59 GMT+7)

• Selection: Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until all available slots are filled

• Exhibition dates: March 8–9, 2027

WHAT WE OFFER

Each selected project will receive:

• One table and two chairs

• FOSSASIA table cloth

• One power socket

• Wireless Internet access

• Two event passes

• Additional standard tickets at a discounted rate

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• Project teams are kindly requested to allocate at least two team members to maintain their booth throughout the exhibition hours for the entire event.

• Please comply with the key dates for setup and tear-down times.

• Selected projects are expected to follow the project showcase guidelines, which will be shared in the next stage.
